At Spa Cars Rental, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued customers. These guidelines are designed to assist you in understanding our procedures, terms, and expectations during your rental journey. It is absolutely PROHIBITED to use or operate this rented vehicle by anyone not listed on the rental agreement. Each driver must be pre-qualified in person with valid drivers license and be a minimum of 21 years of age.
If Driver is under the age of 25 additional fees may apply.
The primary driver is the only one allowed to drive the vehicle unless any secondary drivers are added in the trip details,
It is absolutely PROHIBITED to use or operate this rented vehicle by anyone who is under the influence of ALCOHOL or any NARCOTICS.
There is absolute NO SMOKING allowed in the rented vehicle under any circumstances. Any found evidence of any kind of smoking in the vehicle will result in a fine of $250.00
ALL TICKETS, FINES, FEES and other (see terms and conditions paragraph 7) received during the rental period, caused as a result of the renter and/or rental period must be paid by the renter in a timely manner.
In case of LOST, DAMAGED or LOCKED INSIDE KEYS requiring key recovery a maximum charge of $500 may apply.
The passenger capacity of this vehicle is determined by the number of seatbelts and, by law, must NOT be EXCEEDED. While in the vehicle please always fasten your seatbelts. It is the law!
In case the vehicle will be returned exceptionally dirty a charge of $250 CLEANING FEE may apply
PET POLICY: No pets are allowed in the vehicle.
Flat or damaged TIRES are renter’s responsibility of the Renter and are the financial responsibility of the Renter or authorized Driver(s)
Rental Days are based on 24 hour Rental Periods. Please return at the proper time. Each hour past the Rental will be a $30 charge for up until the first 30 minutes then anything after will be charged a full day plus tax.
Involuntary rental extensions: If the renter does not return the vehicle at the end of the rental period it will be considered unauthorized use of a vehicle and will result in the vehicle being reported stolen, the company will pursue you to the fullest extent of the law. Additionally, we have the rights to terminate this agreement at any point and demand the vehicle back
No cell phone use while operating the vehicle unless it is a hands free device such as Bluetooth. It’s the law, the driver is prohibited from handling any Electronic device while driving regardless of the behavior of use.
Renter agrees to take full responsibility for any damage to vehicle
Renter agrees and understands that tire treads will be recorded prior to departure, any excess loss of tire tread as a result to events such as burnouts,donuts etc will be subjected to $500 deducted from the security deposit
The rented vehicle is NOT to leave the United States of America, failure to comply will result in the vehicle being reported stolen along with the deposit being kept and any other necessary charges to the renters credit card to return the vehicle
Gas Policy: Please bring the car back with the same level of fuel as it was given to you to avoid additional fees or you will be charged
Sunpass: The renter is responsible for paying the cost of any tolls or fees (and applicable sales tax) We might not receive notice for several months as every toll agency has a different billing cycle. Due to these differences, you could receive a toll reimbursement request up to 90 days after a trip has ended. Note: If you fail to pay a toll within the allotted time frame, you may be responsible for collection charge.
Mileage: The renter is given a total mile limit of 250 miles per day unless otherwise agreed to in writing by SPA CARS RENTAL LLCThe renter agrees to the miles out listed below, exceeding the given mileage per day will result in a $1.25 per mile fee
MONTHLY RENTAL (IF APPLICABLE)
The Renter agrees to pay the rate listed below plus any tax and applicable fees weekly for a term of 4 weeks, any violation of either this agreement or failure to pay will result in a termination of this agreement and the renter will be responsible for any owed amounts including but not limited to recovery fees plus a forfeited security deposit. LATE WEEKLY PAYMENTS will result in a $50 late fee per day up until the termination of this agreement

SPA CARS RENTAL LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THIS AGREEMENT ANNUL AT ANY POINT IN WHICH ONE OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN AND FORFEIT ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT GIVEN TO US.
